We are excited to announce that Bethlehem Housing and Support Services has teamed up with developer Penn Terra and FirstOntario Credit Union to build 80 affordable housing units in downtown St. Catharines.
This partnership between non-profit, for-profit and the co-operative sector is an innovative approach to affordable housing. This is a real bricks and mortar solution to get families off the housing wait list and reduce poverty in the Niagara Region. We salute Mayor Walter Sendzik and all of city council for their support.
