United Way Niagara

The United Way Niagara improves lives and builds community by engaging individuals and mobilizing collective action.

The United Way Niagara provides Strong Community funding for our Transitional Support Program to support the personal growth of individuals and families living at Bethlehem Place. We also receive All that Kids Can Be funding for our After School Program at Bethlehem Place to ensure our school aged children are able to benefit from enrichment in a safe and healthy environment to help them to reach their potential. And, we receive From Poverty to Possibility funding for our Community Outreach Support program and for our on-site Community Support Worker at Kenmore Court.

United Way Niagara works locally to raise funds and invest in programming that improves lives in our community.

United Way invests in programs that contribute to the following priority areas:

  • All That Kids Can Be priority area funds programs that encourage children and youth to reach their full potential,
  • From Poverty to Possibility priority area funds programs that meet basic human needs and move people out of poverty, and
  • Strong Communities priority area funds programs that create safe and inclusive communities with vulnerable adults.
