Theo Lively: Intake Support Worker

We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our Intake Support team. Theo Lively brings with her years of practice working with marginalized populations in our community.

Theo is a compassionate Social Service Worker with previous experience at InCommunities, Brain Injury and in the housing and homelessness system. She gained her Social Service Worker Diploma from Niagara College, and is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist. Her extensive world travelling has provided her with opportunities to see the world from different perspectives and embrace cultural diversity.

As an Intake Support Worker, Theo is the first point of contact for many people who reach out to Bethlehem Housing and Support Services. Her vast knowledge of community resources, information gathering and problem solving skills are an asset to our organization and the people we serve. She has excellent assessment skills, which helps her to determine the best possible options for people who are calling with complex challenges. Her friendly demeanor helps people who are often in crisis to feel comfortable when asking for assistance.

If you have an opportunity to speak with Theo, you will quickly feel how her vibrant personality and sense of humour will put you at ease. We are thrilled to welcome her to our dynamic team!
